The only gym in years where the members and staff feel like a family. A real community spirit. No egos here, only genuine passion In supporting health and fitness including mental health too. Primal strength equipment to really help you on your journey regardless of your experience, fitness level or confidence. Industry leading masseuse to help you unwind if you've had a stressful week training or at work or even if you have an event coming up. I've had the pleasure of being both a member and a freelance personal trainer here (before I retired from PT) and I'd never use another gym again. Tony, Charlene, Mikey and the team doing an amazing job.
